After over a decade of big NYC ad agency experience, and then an MBA in luxury brand management from the ESSEC of Paris, Feliz evolved her sucessful creative career to that of a client director leading international brand communications for P&G brands such as Pantene, Herbal Essences, Wella haircare and Dolce&Gabbana makeup.
She has extensive expertise in national US campaigns with TV, but also in in-store campaigns, shopper journey messaging, and brand launch toolkits. A go-to-market toolkit covers all phases from creative ideation to market deployment: strategy, shopper journey, digital solutions, key visuals, POS tools, messaging and claims as well as monitoring those campaigns for sucess once they were launched. This required diligent project management overseeing creation, resources (the team) and execution, budget and resource management, while ensuring deliverables were on brief, on equity and always on target to achieve the client's business objectives.
